National Library has socialized one card for all libraries in Indonesia, which technically can be done through membership integration between library institutions, including the UNRI Library. However, a big problem arises when two different systems can be made part of the SAKTI card. This research aims to find and recommend a model for integrating UNRI Library members with SAKTI National Library membership, both of which use different standards. The method used is SDLC (System Development Life Cycle), which includes Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Testing and Evolution, with the research object Slims-integrated UNRI Library and National Library Membership System. The devices used to realize the model include software (Inlislite), network (internet network), member ID (NIK / Population Identification Number), synchronization (Inlislite SAKTI), and scheduler (Cron). The process used in model development includes: Processing the "member" table in integrated slims, adjusting the database structure, synchronization testing, real synchronization, and installing the scheduler. The research results show that the model that can be used consists of an integrated Slims automation system that is adapted to National Library SSO standards and assisted by synchronization software from National Library. The model that was built succeeded in automatically integrating the collection of 7,560 people from 37,668 members of the UNRI Library.
Ajir, Yasin Setiawan, Asmawati Copyright (c) 2023 Ajir, Yasin Setiawan, Asmawati https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://jgp.ejournal.unri.ac.id/index.php/jgp/article/view/65 Sat, 30 Dec 2023 00:00:00 +0000 Strategi Menumbuhkan Minat Baca Pada Taman Bacaan Masyarakat Inara Desa Kubang Jaya Kecamatan Siak Hulu Kabupaten Kampar https://jgp.ejournal.unri.ac.id/index.php/jgp/article/view/64
One effort that can effectively foster people's interest in reading is through TBM (Community Reading Gardens) activities. This research aims to find strategies to foster interest in reading through activities, especially in the Dusun IV community, Kubang Jaya Village, Kampar Regency. The study data in this research includes literature data, field observations and information from sources consisting of community leaders, youth, parents, early childhood (preschool and kindergarten), elementary and middle school students and equivalent, as well as high school students and equivalent. Through a qualitative approach using SWOT analysis, several strategies were found that could be implemented, namely: (1). Collecting data on community environmental conditions for the development of a reading environment, (2). Organizing book reading activities and story competitions, (3). Holding book review competition activities with the TBM Forum, and (4). Organizing fairy tale activities. The results of the research show that to increase people's reading interest in Dusun IV, Kubang Jaya Village, Kampar Regency, it is necessary to implement these four strategies in an integrated program with TBM Inara as the center for activities to increase reading interest in the area.
Yasin Setiawan, Deliza Zakir, Sodirin Copyright (c) 2024 Yasin Setiawan, Deliza Zakir, Sodirin https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://jgp.ejournal.unri.ac.id/index.php/jgp/article/view/64 Sun, 31 Dec 2023 00:00:00 +0000 Ketersediaan Koleksi Perpustakaan dalam Mendukung Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar Pada Bidang Penjaskesrek di Universitas Riau https://jgp.ejournal.unri.ac.id/index.php/jgp/article/view/71
College libraries have a crucial role in supporting the student learning process by providing high-quality reading materials that are in accordance with the curriculum. In essence, the library's main task is to develop a strong collection for the benefit of its users. Evaluation is one way to determine the suitability of a collection with the curriculum. The aim of this research is to evaluate the availability of collections to meet the need for reference materials in accordance with the Semester Program Plan (RPS) for the main courses in the Penjaskesrek Study Program FKIP Riau University, semester 1 to semester 6. This research uses a quantitative approach to calculate the percentage of availability of appropriate collections using the checklist method to measure and analyze the availability of teaching material collections, by checking and matching the library collection database as well as the main teaching materials contained in the RPS for Physical Education Study Program courses. The research results showed that of the 25 courses there were 121 collection titles listed in the RPS, and the results of the checklist carried out on the Riau University Library database were only available for 15 book titles or 12%. The conclusion of this research can be stated, the availability of the library collection of the Penjaskesrek Study Program FKIP Riau University does not fully meet the need for reference materials in accordance with the RPS, with only 12% of the appropriate book titles out of a total of 121 titles listed.
